Eric has been investing in Real Estate for 20 years now. What started as a couple of flips with a friend has blossomed into a real estate business that has carried him for 20 years.
Eric has owned real estate all across the country from California to Georgia.
After years of flipping real estate, he made the transition into apartment buildings.
"What caught my eye was the long-term success you can have with apartments."
Eric tries to find under performing properties that have value add potential. the goal is to have in place a 3–5-year plan that allows for improvement to the buildings NOI and in turn increase its value.
Eric's other passion has come through the ability to train new investors as well as some seasoned into the fundamentals of apartment buying.
